Like many others here, just making excuses as to avoid sending my eBay parcel. Cannot recommend it at all for delivery or collection, which my mum had to convince him that the parcel was hers even though she had the code, yet he kept lying saying it wasn’t there. 0/10

Independently run Convenient store, and being immersed within the local housing area it really is convenient. Nice staff and a good range of products catering for most needs. A 'tad' pricey but in general it's convenient so wouldn't expect much less + the store owner needs to make his targets with regards to overheads and some products very fairly priced. All in all I would recommend and visit regularly 🙏

Refused to accept my eBay parcel, so returned it to the sender, found out later that this place has a bad reputation for refusing or losing eBay stuff. Please use at your own risk . Update parcel sent back a second time, been advised that it will take the post office 7 days to sort everything out ,before it can be posted to me. So it's now going to take up to 3 weeks to receive a parcel that should have taken 4 days, as you can imagine not very happy. For your sake do not use this place as a safe address.

AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!!

Rude constantly making excuses up over 3 times as to why he can't send parcels went back 3 times in one day on he's false promises, completely stressed myself and my vinted buyers out so unfair.

Just had an absolutely horrendous experience trying to collect a parcel. As it hadn't been scanned in by the staff on arrival, I had no collection code.

This meant I spent 20 minutes trying to calmly reason with the member of staff who alternately screamed at me or folded his arms and pretended to ignore me because I didn't have said code but did have various emails and forms of ID to more than prove my identity.

It was only thanks to other shoppers helping me that we were able to calm him down enough to spot he hadn't scanned it in. He did and this generated the code.

It should not have been this difficult or upsetting to collect a parcel. I cannot recommend enough that you don't use this as an eBay collection point.

Went there twiced and refused to take my parcel. Each time they made up different stories. Do not go there it will just waste your time.
