Brought my 350 in for a tire rotation and to purchase a tire for my spare, called ahead and they said we are open for service right now. Showed up 5 mins later. Truck sat for almost an hr before getting worked on, multiple guys standing around without tools in hand or performing work. I was about to just leave at the 70minute mark but I saw the truck on the lift, after another 20 mins I asked to leave and had no interest in waiting to mount and install the spare.

I can only figure poor planning and some idle hands in the shop. I just bought 4 new tires, had them mounted/balanced and installed in less than 30 minutes elsewhere. Plan to sit and WAIT ?‍♂️

Shop around and get price quotes! These clowns tried to gouge me on replacing front struts at 1500. Labor is 4.5hrs so they’re telling me a set of 3-400$ struts cost 1000. 1500 n which is absurd! Went with dodge for under 1000. Remember that people are trying to price gouge you to make up their lack of business. Not everyone is a crook so shop around !

Unfortunately this is turning out to be there worst location. Have been waiting for over 2 hrs for there dispatch center to get ahold of there on call tech. They do 24 hr repair they say but I need a tire replaced after blowing out a drive and am loaded with cattle. Limped it 20 miles to town to get tire replaced and then there company tech that's on call. Has decided to not answer the phone. Absolutely horrible service. Thank God there other location are professional and do there job.

Yesterday I had 4 falken 35x12.5x18 put on my Jeep. Everyone was very nice and did a great job , lugs torqued to specs, right air pressure. I have to say drove to kansas city afterwards and these tires are boss. Smoth ride, tested at 85mph with no issues, rain on way home, tried to spin them at stop light but grip wouldn't let me. Totally pleased.
