Rude staff, dirty, man was shouting and being abusive at me telling me to “shut up” and waving his hands in my face, when I had all the relevant information to pick up a my parcel even threatened to call the police over nothing. Staff refused to give it to me even after providing proof. He called his manger and when I tried to explain to the manager about his rude behaviour, he put his manager on mute so he couldn’t hear the complaint. Would not recommend!
