I cannot recommend this pet store highly enough. I noticed my dog had developed a small hotspot a few days after being bathed. I searched everywhere for a hot spot spray that I could buy in-store because I wanted to treat it immediately without waiting for delivery. I was having difficulty so I rang the vets to see if they had something on-hand and they were as useless and greedy as ever, insisting I book a £75 consultation just to purchase an over the counter product. RIDICULOUS!

Anyway, I popped over to Just for Pets and the ladies were so lovely. They didn’t have a hot spot specific treatment, but went above and beyond to recommend a soothing anti-septic spray that one of them uses to treat her dog’s hot spots. This is exactly the kind of personal experience recommendation I needed. They also assisted me in finding an appropriately sized cone collar.

I went into that store on the brink of tears after having an impossibly stressful and frustrating morning, and I left feeling relieved and empowered. That kind of customer service is so rare. Thank you Just for Pets!

Just been into the store and was greeted by Charlotte who was friendly and welcoming, and helped by pointing us in the right direction of what we were after. Then Matt who could see we were struggling to find what we needed came over to help. Nothing was too much trouble. From finding a tape measure to helping us try on and adjust a harness for our girl Nala. Well done Just for Pets Witney, you have a fantastic team who offer exceptional customer service

We constantly have positive experiences in Just For Pets Witney, recently we have been served on a number of occasions by Toby who is always incredibly polite and friendly. We have had similar experiences with other staff too, who give our pup a good fuss when she comes in with us. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

It's great to have a pet shop in Witney since the owner is In2Pets retired - but, the smell is awful. I literally have to hold my nose in there, hoping I can hold my breath long enough to get upstairs. Please, for the love of dog, cover those stinky treats! It's repulsive.

A spacious, well stocked store with a nice product range. The staff were friendly and helpful. I made an enquiry about slow feeding bowls which was answered with knowledge and common sense after listening to my comments rather than trying to sell me an unsuitable product. The staff member I spoke to was knowledgeable about the shopfloor stock and where to find everything.
It is not a cheap discount store but the opportunity to actually see and take you dog and try equipment ends up more simple than trying to source from the internet and return when the quality of ypur on line purchase is rubbish or doesn't fit.
Th shop has a huge range of feed including frozen raw food and a lovely choice of quality dog beds. I spent far more money than I was expecting to!

Excellent customer service even when it was extremely busy.

The store assistant was very helpful and asked for help from the manager. However, she seemed to be busy and said no, not right now. The assistant managed the situation a lot better than the manager.

Hi Just like to a really big thankyou to Alex in Witney for helping with my dog Callie 5 months old rescue . I couldn’t get her In the shop so he came out and carried her upstairs to sort her out with a haltie which I’m so pleased with can finally control my dog . He has a fantastic way with Callie he really saved the day. Sorry about the parcel she left you though .

What an AMAZING store. We travelled all the way from London because it is the only shop that has such a wide variety of harnesses for big dogs. Lots of choices. They also have an amazing variety of dog food. My fur babies favourite being pigs ears and knuckle bones. Today we also had lots of help with fitting from lady called Rush. What an amazing personality as well as knowledge. My dogs don't often like strangers in particular my Rhodesian Ridgeback but...he was good as gold with her. She stroked him, gave him treats and was brilliant with both my dogs. They are quite large dogs and people tend to avoid them but Rush was really AMAZING with them. More people like her should be working with pets in places like this. We left store with 2 very happy fur babies and me even happier for getting their harnesses ( not easy finding the right one let alone big size that one can try on). Definitely coming back for more.
