I saw a gorgeous duvet set in the window. So, I went into the shop and asked if there were any in super king-size and the shop assistant was abrupt and short with her answer. I was not happy with the customer service in the store.

They over inflate prices to "knock" them down. I brought a couple of new bedsheets that were 80% off in the sale that were apparently supposed to be £150. At this price I expected cotton only to be presented with poly cotton.... Not only that I have never in my life brought a set where the pillow cases are not included. Brilliant more ordering to do from elsewhere. Sticking to Dunelm next time at least they have integrity.

I’m so sorry I can’t remember the ladies name rang on Saturday afternoon,but I fell in love with Julian Charles pink floral lily bedding and she had advised me that she had an exact identical design called Evie thank you so much and I was able to use my Blue Light card absolutely love it thank you so so much

Bought sheets and pillowcases from them, all meant to be same colour but all different! 2 pillowcases out of same pack different shades! The fitted sheets don't fit well and slide around the bed. The fabric feels quite rough. Shame cause they have loads of colours.
