Took my Infiniti in for a recall. They were helpful, professional and did the work quickly. There was a gentleman that was kind enough to let me jump on his hotspot to do some work as my service provider was not available in the area and the WiFi was down.

Absolutely exceptional experience. I drove from Sheffield to purchase the car I wanted with JS Holmes and I am really glad I did. From the minute I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome and offered a hot drink (a good way to start for sure).

I'd been in touch with Robin from the team over the past couple of weeks and thanks to the exceptional photography of the car (both in volume and showing all the right areas) I knew I was happy to buy it before I'd even seen the car in person.

Sorting out the paperwork was completely painless and they offered me a fair price for my old car which I left with them.

At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything as you do with some dealers. Robin outlined everything that was available and its benefits but it was very much down to me to decide to take something or not.

I had them fit the front and rear dashcams to the car also and the team did a fantastic job. Having done it myself in my previous car I know it can be a challenge and they have done an excellent job.

Albeit a two hour drive from where I live I won't hesitate to return when I need an upgrade / change.

We have purchased a new Townstar EV van and are very pleased with it. From the first phone call I was helped and advised from Alex who was great to deal with, he then passed me on to Dan. Both were very friendly and professional. Dan always found a solution to all the questions and requests I had. He always got back to me if he wasn't available and replied to all my emails. He made sure the vehicle was ready on time for picking it up and all the additions made to it was done to perfection. My local dealership was not being able to help me but JS Holmes did. You can shop there with a lot of confidence and guaranteed to be pleased with the experience.

From the start my experience was first class. I dealt with Robin throughout and he couldn't have been more helpful. Living a distance away it was important to me that I could see the car before I traveled and Robin obligated with a great personal video of the car.
Nothing was a hassle for Robin from changing times and days to collect the car to sorting out what I did with my old car.
No pressure was put on from the start but the benefits to any additional service were explained in detail.
The car was prepared to a high standard and any issue we agreed to sort were done 👍 ( even a small last minute concern with the car were looked at on the day of collection)
I can't praise Robin highly enough he is a credit to the dealership.

I will definitely consider going back to J S Holmes in future even with the distance.

I am really pleased with the car I have just bought from JS Holmes. I spotted the car online and arranged to see it. I was welcomed by Dan who immediately put me at ease with his friendly and

Contacted the garage via email to enquiry about a tesla, sales rep contacted me with the details, and because I got stung last week from purchasing a car which I hadn't seen, wasn't up to the spec the salesman told me, I was being cautious asking questions and asking for specific pics. Put a reserve fee down via auto trader which I thought took it off sale to find that the refund had been sent back because I cancelled which i hadn't and to find that the car had been sold, even though I had been in contact with the sales guy this morning tosay we were wanting the car.

I think the professionalism of this garage is not very good and would not eate them as they don't keep youmupto date on development with you'd enquiries.
