We travelled more than an hour to the store in Finedon and weren't disappointed. They have a great selection of all bike clothing including helmets. We purchased three helmets, goggles and body armour all at a great price. Friendly and knowledgeable staff is refreshing, especially considering it’s a Sunday. Lewis, the manager, clearly runs the store well, this is reflected in the cleanliness of the store on the attitude of his staff.

When the high level of customer service received exceeded expectations, I just had to leave a review. I was assisted by Ben in store who went out of his way to make sure the choices I made were the perfect ones for me. His advice, product knowledge and willingness to spend time and answer every question I had made me feel really relaxed during my visit. Ordered some boots for my wife online as a present. Realy happy with the boots but as they were a present I'd expect them to arrive in the original packaging box. Instead they were sent in a plastic bag. Happy with the postage time and product. But considering this is supposed to be a brand new product that is supplied I'd expect the original packaging to be with the product?

Travelled a hour and half to the store on a nice hot day. The road junction by the store was full of gravel, clearly a safety issue for bikers turning in, a warning sign would have helped their arriving customers.

Bikers were parking on the access-exit road, rather than the uneven gravel car park, where cars were parking. Wonder why?

No drinks machine cold or hot, no seating outside for us travellers. Inside had air conditioning and save to say a lot of clothing etc…

I take it J&S wants to keep their prospective customers inside, but with no refreshments available even a bottle of water, and no seating, it must be set up for online shopping.

Shop inside is good but their facilities for bikers and their bikes is inadequate. Wanted to purchase a number of things but my enthusiasm and my money waned, didn’t stop got on my bike, as it was the only seat available, and stopped at the next cafe. Didn’t return.

This is clearly set up as part of their business plan, and this review is for those visiting for the first time, especially if not local, clothing may be very good, but ironically nothing for bikers visiting…..

Superb range of motorbike clothing and accessories for all types of motorbiking and motorbikers. I visited today and the staff are friendly and helpful, but not pushy with it. I was offered good advice on what to try and options that would fit my budget. (I was buying new leathers, boots and gloves). I would recommend this place to anyone in the market for motorbike gear!

This shop has pretty much everything you need. I bought a jacket, a helmet, a waterproof pants and phone mounting kit. I was so frustrated that I couldn’t find a helmet that I like, but suddenly I found everything that I needed and the best was the women that was helping me out, so patience and helpful. If I could I would rate 6 for the staff.
