Do not buy anything from this shop, unless you want your phone broken and have issues within a year. Went there to fix my phone within warranty and they didn't even check it properly and stated it was damaged and my fault charging me £350 to get it fixed and that no one else will get it done cheaper. Went to EE and they had told me the phone was from Thailand which these stupid J&P people sold me and EE even fixed my phone for more then half the price. Shop is full of scammers and not willing to listen to customers. Most their products are from a different country hence the "cheaper" price and will not be fixed as the parts are not available in this country, but even then they're ripping you off. If you value your technology never buy from here. Poor customer service, poor look of the people working there and overall poor quality products. Someone needs to call the immigration office here.
