Great in-store experience! Staff is very friendly and attentive. I bought several polos on my first visit and then returned a few hours later to buy one more polo. The staff helped me combine my VAT-tax refund form for the two purchases so I would avoid paying processing fees twice (no other store in London offered to do this even though I bought from some stores several times during my visit)

For Americans, it’s cheaper to buy from this store than online. Todd Snyder and Mr Porter sell polos for $220, while polos at the store cost £140 (which comes out to about $182 based on conversion as of 4/18/19). Also, the VAT refund gives back about 10% (after paying processing and conversion fees). So the real price is closer to $165.

They also have styles that are not available at online stores like Mr Porter.

I opted for the polo that James Bond (Daniel Craig) wears, and it’s my favorite polo by far!

Dont bother the worst store they have.
Staff useless
Dark haired little bloke a right muppett. Asked him for a size he walked off
The other 2 lady assistants texting on their phones. Absolutely useless. Wont ever go back. Really poor attitudes.who is overseeing these people. I even observed them making fun of one of the customers behind his back. Shame as the clothes are great quality.
