Writing a review for the lady on the benefit counter (the manager) I have been getting my brows done with her for a while now and every single time she smashes it! I can never go to anybody else, her level of customer service is also spectacular she is very knowledgeable of the all the products and is very informative! She takes her time and always explains each product and tells me what would suit me.

I went to john lewis and partners bluewater today with my mum
It was very lovely and very christmassy
The staff went through queue very quickly
We also got some chocolates for free using my mums john lewis card which was very good news
My mum payed for her shopping at the checkout
I really enjoyed shopping at john lewis partners bluewater today
The staff that work there are very kind lovely helpful
The service there is very good amazing wonderful
This place gets it's very first out of 5 star rating by me

Had a good time shopping and looking at all the Christmas gifts. Staff very friendly and polite. Not a bad word to say about this store. Car parking is very good and free .

Potentially Fatal Customer Service!
I tried to return a six month old air fryer to the store with an intermittent power fault and was treated like some sort of scamming thief!
I had proof of purchase but because they couldn’t ‘see’ the fault they completely refused the return.
I contacted customer services by email and they were just as bad, stating they needed to see a ‘video’ of the fault!
Absolutely pathetic and disgusting customer service from a company that likes to think they are better than anyone else!
After leaving a review I was contacted again only to be told the exact same thing… they need to see proof of the fault.
I’m supposed to stand there physically filming my air fryer hour after hour hoping the intermittent fault of the fryer turning itself off is captured at the time. They also stated that if there was any damage at all to the unit, the warranty would be voided. It’s a six month old air fryer, it’s hardly going to be perfect!
The fryer has now been disposed of.
I’m not having a faulty electrical item in my house!
Unbelievably disgusting and potentially fatal customer service!!!

Great customer service from Azaria! I went in today to buy a pair of Beats, I was really unsure of what to get. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on the products that I was looking at and was able to confidently assist me by comparing pros and cons of each device that i took interest in. Overall, a very positive experience!

31.12.2022 Very tidy and well presented.
Didn't have much time here as store was closing but browsed the tech sale on 2nd floor and the Christmas decorations sale.
Would return when I have more time.

I went to Armani make-up department looking for a products that work with my luminous silk foundation which I have been using for some time and never have I experiences amazing customer service like I have today from a lovely lady called Inga.
Thank you Inga you where amazing with your product knowledge, you was patient and so kind to my little girl and partner I wish more people where like you in retail.
I will always come back to you in this store as you made me feel so welcome I can not thank you enough.
