My little girl is old enough to help me now, but I’ll never fail to be impressed with how the JL cafe staff take care of new mums with babes who need assistance, the elderly etc. Watching the staff today reminded me of the same great service I received five years ago ❤️

Love the My JL rewards card for the occasional free hot drink and am rather fond of this blackberry and mascarpone cake. It’s an easy choice to visit when at Cribbs.

Customer assistant Tilda from the Gerard Darel line gave my mother and I a wonderful experience shopping in John Lewis, as she genuinely wanted to help with my mother’s shopping needs. Tilda dedicated her time to being available if my mother required a different size with a garment, then once my mother decided on her new purchases, Tilda collected all the goodies, folded them at the till for a smooth and efficient check out. Her mannerisms were incredibly friendly, fun and we hope to bump into Tilda again on our next shopping visit. Thank you!

Cribbs Causeway is fantastic! It has a huge variety of shops with something for everyone, making it the perfect place for a shopping trip. The range of choices is amazing, from big-name brands to smaller stores, and you can find pretty much everything you need in one spot. Plenty of places to eat and relax too, plus the free parking is a huge bonus. Highly recommend for a fun and convenient day out!

At Cribbs JLP today and as usual the quality of staff was great. Unsure about what food mixer/processor to buy Vicki came to my rescue and made it a really enjoyable and funny experience thank you

Visited today 10th March.
Needed replacement cafetiere metal filters.
The femail staff on the desk came out and checked the area where they're kept. Only large metal filters on show.
She checked off the floor, and said none in stock. She then ordered me 2 to collect 15th March in Clifton Waitrose.
Thus staff member could not have been more helpful.
I ordered 2, cost £10.
The service was excellent......you would think I was spending £££££££
I have been disappointed with any purchase from this store. 100% service.

Outstanding!!

Attended today and thought I get a pretty poor service… however the place was clean, busy, and everyone was polite and helpful…

Our thanks to Neil in the kitchens department couldn’t be more helpful. Explained they got a small issue with the supplier of kitchens, however a new supplier is coming onboard so make sure to keep a look out for the new kitchen designs… I personally liked the meadow green kitchen, very light subtle colour that matched all the appliances.

He even took the time to show us the dishwashers!! Starting around £249 with a 100 washes with “finish” promotion on certain products!!

Shop floor was busy with customers, in fact every floor was busy!!

Nice to see people using JL again!!

Customers want good products and expect excellent customer services from JL so keep it up!! I know I don’t mind paying a little more but I expect excellent customer from JL.

Check out their running trainers, although very small section, great discounts!! Also the dog section has great toys for £10, cheaper than most pet stores and they have a nice variety!!

Will be a returning customer!! Look after your staff JL, don’t let them down because of the decisions your CEO has made!!

As mentioned highly recommend!! Can grab good bargains if you got the time to look around the store.
