The lady that took my moms order gave us an eggcado bowl instead of a eggcado (sándwich) . I told her and she said my mom rrquested like that. The bowl Is a egg sald, It was good, but I It Is More like a snack. Also they gave to another Man a drink he did not ask for and they did change It to him.

I just start with a positive, the Chocolate muffin was amazing. But the standard dropped here. Quiet, not so approachable staff to some customers only seemed to be nice to younger women with children. The milk tasted off in my latte. Shame as the image and packaging gave very promising potential.

Looked presentable but maybe better in appearance than in taste.

Appalling experience due to disingenuous staff behaviour, leading to health consequence.

Have been mislead by staff to believe that I was served a “decaff” coffee as per order, only to find out later that local branch does not serve decaff coffee.

When addressed with manager, all that would be offered was to write an email to J&J customer service.

As this “mishap” can have (and had in my case) health implications due to caffeine sensitivities, I would expect staff to take a more genuine approach to dealing with customer orders that they can’t fulfil.

Very disappointed, long-standing J&J customer.

- 🔧 The place needs an urgent renewal, the tables, seats and wall are in bad conditions.
- Not enough energy connection and the only one available are not working.
- 🎵 I love the background music, especially electro house.
- 💸 It is confusing having two different prices for dining in versus takeaway.

I was waiting in the line and they were not serving anyone. I had to ask what was happening and he told me tills were down (after being in the line 10 mins, why are you looking at the people whiteout telling what is happening?)
I ordered a sandwich on the App and I waited for 17 mins, apparently was quiet because tills not working.
I had the sandwich with 2 ingredients missing and really bad looking.
Paying £9.70 for this is not worth.
The ham looks horrible, no pesto, no oil and no avocado 👍🏼
I tried to contact you on the app and no one is replying (same as emails)

The staff were extremely helpful. I made my order through the Joe & The Juice App and it put my order through to Stansted Airport by mistake. The staff at Gatwick proactively approached me and made my order without extra charge and noted the order number. The shake was at the Joe & The Juice standard and it is a nice corner of the airport to work on your laptop whilst waiting for your flight.

Good deals! The employee there was also really helpful and charming, he helped me use the app even though my phone keyboard doesn’t really work. He also did an amazing job advertising their deals. Most comfortable seats in the airport too.
