They didn't have the size I required in the shop, couldn't advise when they would have stock. The assistants were so helpful they found out where I could buy it from. The staff were so helpful and friendly and didnt make a penny! A brilliant shop with great staff!

Manager very rude, started an argument regarding boot repairs from over a year ago after having several pairs sent there since. Called me a liar and when I argued back she proceeded to call me a screaming banchy. Then rang my partner to complain about me despite me telling her he’s in bed after nightshift. Couldn’t get any less professional and won’t be returning.

Had many bits from there over a few years; socks, boots, wellies clothing. Prices are fair and but more importantly the staff/owners are always very helpful - always a kind word for the dog when he's with me as well.
