On, Tuesday 28th March 2023 - I decided to visit the small seaside town of Hoylake located at the north west of the Wirral Peninsula (UK).

I decided to venture into this local small business to buy certain items rather than the nearest Supermarket. What, I discovered was am an owner whom is enthusiastic about ALL things cookery meaning that the items in the shop are of a quality and calibre that they themselves would use.

If, you are a keen Cook or are getting into it for the first time then I strongly suggest that you visit this important business as it's likely the only one of it's kind in Merseyside.
