Amazing!
I took my mum today for a wedding outfit, who can be very hard to please.
Jill and her ladies were brilliant, patient, understanding and kind. The choice of outfits was wonderful, she got decked out from head to toe, including shoes, handbag and jewellery. 100% recommended!

I was struggling to find a dress suitable for a river cruise later this year so thought I’d call in. I’ve made copious online purchases only to return them all. I was made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble with the wonderful sales assistant suggesting alternative options. The changing room meant I could take my mum in and she had a comfortable space and seat to offer a second opinion too. The dress I decided on was in the sale, in fact it was a real bargain which then meant I could add extra accessories on too, of which they have many (sandals, shoes, bags, jewellery, fascinators, all sorts), all are lovely in their own right. They have lots of lovely dresses, skirts, shrugs, boleros etc even sparkly jeans, so many lovely things. Many items are reasonably priced, given quality and detail, and I was also informed that there is usually a sale rail. If you have a wedding, party, occasion or just want to find something lovely to add to your wardrobe I really would urge you to give them a try. Thank you so much for all your help today xx

Went into Jillian Hart on Tuesday of this week rather reluctantly. It’s a shop I thought was too expensive. However I was met by Lynn who looked after me, I came out with a full outfit for a Wedding. I was so surprised. The help and service I got was excellent and I couldn’t have expected any better. I had only had intentions of looking around but am so pleased with my outfit- dress&jacket, plus shoes(the most comfortable I have ever had) and a clutch bag. I visited in April with my sisters to look for an outfit for my step daughter's wedding. I could not fault the service. A lovely lady helped me and was very patient and accommodating. I must have been there for nearly 2 hours trying on different outfits until I chose one. I would definitely visit again.

Took my mother-in-law here to buy an outfit for her son's wedding. Extremely good service with very helpful staff selecting a lovely range of dresses for her to try. Full range of outfits to fit all shapes and sizes, with hats to match. Left shop with both an outfit and hat after a very satisfying experience.

Lovely quaint independent shop. If you want to be treated with a personal shopping service, this is the place to be. Staff are friendly, welcoming and have knowledge of their stock, so can help you find the perfect outfit. Have shopped there for many years and it has always been a pleasure. Will be back soon !

Jillian Hart is my favourite ladies dress shop. I always find clothes I love and the staff are so helpful. The in-house alteration service is fantastic for someone who usually has to have a garment altered to fit.
