Yesterday I was in a major dilemma due to my pump falling and I promised a customer a pressure wash for an event. Within 18 hours not only was my pump repaired, a full service and a relief valve fitted too. Fantastic set of lads there, can't thank Roy and his team enough.
As a bonus, the companies cleaning products Are a great price too so TFR will be purchased from there on a regular basis.

If you need anything for your jet wash, home or professional go here. The website shows only a fraction of what these offer so I almost didn't go but I'm so glad I did.

I met with Roy who could not have been more helpful. He went out of his way to show me different options and ideas and I just had a rough idea for what I wanted.

I explained what was holding me back on my day to day pressure washing and such as I was using a short turbo lance that was killing my back. In 5 minutes Roy had taken mine apart, replaced the lance and re-fitted my nozzle to a longer lance and upgraded my trigger to a quick connect. He even made me test it to make sure it felt right and offered to adjust or lengthen the lance.

I then asked about a short gun, but Roy offered a cheaper solution which was to use my now kew release gun with an adapted quick release. Saving me time and money.

He even greased up my surface cleaner while I was there. I explained some things I wanted in the future and he went out of his way and spent time with me to discuss options and offer advice.

After the exceptional service I recieved here today, I will genuinely go here any time I need parts, servicing and upgrades from now on. Cannot praise the place enough.

The website honest doesn't do the store and the staff justice, so much better to discuss your options with a person directly and get hands on with the products.

One of the best companies I've ever dealt with. Nothing is too much trouble, and they have the skills and tools to repair anything!

I live 40 miles away from the shop and most likely drive past 10 other shops on the way here, but I wouldn't ever consider using anyone else. Quality service, great price and fantastic customer service.
