The clerksman with glasses and bald patch is very rude, aggressive and lacks complete willingness to be helpful or useful to customers. He refused to look for my UPS package that my tracking information indicated was delivered to this access point, and without looking stated that it was sent back with the driver to the depot. After a week and half of chasing with UPS, calling them over 5 times about this “lost” package, it was discovered it was at this access point this whole time. A complete lack of respect for everyone’s time caused by his unwillingness to fulfill his job and be a helpful person. I have reported this access point to UPS so hopefully no one has to deal with this nightmare situation again. stay away from this business.

Shop owner is incredibly rude. Walked in to the shop, said hello. No response. Picked up some milk to buy, and ask about a parcel to collect. Told to buy milk first "then we sort the parcel". Finished purchase, and then he proceeded to serve the man behind me (the only other person in the shop) before trying to help me with my parcel. Told me I needed to wait. Parcel was kept behind counter on the floor. Collected it, then said goodbye... again, no response.

A little bit of customer service and pride goes a long way. I am a neighbour, but will certainly not be shopping in here again for anything.

Shop owner was relaxed and understanding about my unusual name and phone number situation. He got the package down for me very promptly and was polite about everything. The packages are very clearly marked with peoples' names and only accessible via a ladder so there's no risk of them being stolen. I don't know what everyone else is talking about.

Horrible experiences trying to drop off my InPost packages, first of all being sent to the back of the queue after people buying groceries and then having “system down” yelled in my face and my package refused. It is absolutely baffling why this shop has signed up for being a drop off/collection point considering how much the owner clearly hates providing the service. This is the only InPost shop in the neighbourhood and not being able to rely on it is very inconvenient. I’ve complained to InPost and hope others will do the same.

I will never get a parcel delivered here again, I'd rather deal with Evri than deal with this man again.... avoid like the plague and shop elsewhere! Guarantee won't be able to deliver your parcel and you will be put rudely to the back of the queue and treated with contempt if picking one up.

Worst service I've ever experienced, avoid this place like the plague. Their UPS printer doesn't work so he makes you walk down the road to pay to get it printed then charges for using sellotape. Terrible. Disgraceful. Bad. Poor.

Unbelievably rude. Made me wait while he restocked half his shelves and then served others infront of me because apparently if you’re collecting a parcel you aren’t a customer!
