Brilliant service, beautiful product. Our boat had a very tired and tatty cover, Jeckells have replaced this with something that is more functional, makes getting on and off the boat simple and looks amazing. Other boaters in the marina have praised the quiet efficiency of fitting the new cover. The process was handled professionally and with excellent customer service throughout.

An unfortunate experience.
A quote for parts to be made in 10days ended up as 5 weeks with the first set incorrect. The owner declined to apologise or offer a discount for the time, money and inconvenience resulting.
The staff were very pleasant though - hence 2 stars rather than 1.

They had a lot of stock. Thought I had a bargain from the reduction label but was told it was for an other version which had been sold. Still happy just a slight moan.

Avoid! They take your deposit, then comes the list of excuses as to why they have not completed your job. Finally, nothing fits correctly, but of course its not Jeckells fault!!!
