Firstly, the plates themselves are fine, BUT...

The order process was more time-consuming than others as they demand 2 forms of ID. They say this is a legal requirement, but this was not the case with either of my previous suppliers of legally manufactured plates. Not a major problem just an annoying nuisance had they not then made me send the documents twice with no explanation, presumably because they lost my first email? This was an irritating waste of time.

When the plates arrived, the very flimsy paper wrapping was badly torn open in the post, however more by luck than design there was no damage to the plates.

One more minor thing: Don't buy their expensive sticky pads - they are VERY thick and make the fitting of the plates look clumsy. Having fitted one plate I scraped them off again and the rest went in the bin, because much thinner, neater adhesive pads or strips are easily available far cheaper elsewhere.

Plates I got were nice and what I ordered. Spacing could’ve been a bit better. The gap between where the letters/numbers and the plate edges were uneven, the start of the plate had a bigger gap than the end but that’s not picky.

Issue I have is I bought the stickies for installing the plates, they didn’t arrive, I have since contacted JDM to no reply… they’re cheap so maybe I’m making a mountain out of a molehill but given I’ve paid a premium for a pair of plates and paid for the stickies (~£70 all together) I feel it’s a bit of a cheap out from the company to not either post them, reimburse them or even just bloody reply to an email. Thankfully, despite not replying to me, they sent me a reminder to leave a review so here it is.

Ordered a 4D number plate which came down for delivery fast, however one of the digits on number plate is stained contacted JDM via email, web chat and facebook trying to get some help as to how to go about if there's a way to clean it as microfibre cloth and all purpose cleaner didn't do the job, but all i've got from them on facebook was 'Hmm very strange, have you tried all purpose cleaner' and ignored afterwards, no further replies to try and sort the manufacturing fault. From delivery on Saturday to still no resolution on Wednesday
