What a difference this store is in staff to the Darlington branch, there was a lovely young lady, who was welcoming, with good customer service skills. The only downfall was not much womens wear.

Visited this store last week and after reading a review from a while ago I can see nothing has changed or improved staff all standing talking at the front ignoring you was never asked once if I needed any help no customer service here just a bunch of young kids looking a bit like barbie dolls won't be back

Out of town shopping area so free parking, the prices on the sale rails are very good and can get a good bargain. However my grump every visit is the same. Staff standing in a group talking and ignoring customers. Playing loud horrible rap music none stop so can only spend a few minutes in store before have to walk out with a bad head. Best to run in grab what you went for, hope someone is on the till and run out again. Don't worry none of the staff will delay you with a hello or goodbye.
One star for sale rail, one for free parking.

A quality store with lots of choice. Don't expect the prices to be low! There are one or two reductions in price but this is not a discount store.
Staff are helpful and alway at a discreet distance, allowing you some space to try things on.
Their exchange policy is easy too.

Some of the staff didn't have a clue or even cared. I was in trying on n going to purchase trainers for my Christmas present from a friend n the staff helping were useless, they couldn't find one of the pair in the shop or out the back n didn't really tell me that they hadn't n when I went to the till to buy them I was nearly sold just one trainer. So they went off looking again. Looked at me as if I was backward when they couldnt find it. Stood there so I'm like either guess I'll choose another pair then. Had to pay more for some different ones n wasn't as nice as my first choice. Just 2 tho rest the staff seemed awake n know what they doing.

Great place love the aray of products prices are high on certain things but for what your buying what do you expect Customer service is great store atmosphere is welcoming and tidy too

A smaller store so slightly more limited range. However very well laid out so easy to find what you want and lovely staff that don't pressurise but are on hand when needed
