Johnny and his team are pure experts!! The best service and aftercare you could ever wish for. Went in to see them with an idea for an engagement ring ? and walked out smiling from ear to ear after finding the most beautiful and perfect ring!! Went back to have the ring re-sized, no problem at all, super faster turnaround within a couple of hours. Their experience, guidance and knowledge is second to none. DO NOT go anywhere else for jewellery, this is the only place you need to visit!! If they haven’t got what you are after, they can make it bespoke for you also, literally perfect!! Thank you team JBH, you have made me and my future wife very happy and we will be visiting again for any jewellery we want, especially our wedding rings ?

Where do I start ? mum passed away in August and wanted something to remember her in a way that mum would have loved me to, so decided on a piece of jewellery looked on line but wasn't really what I wanted jbh in Cudworth was brought to my attention, we was met by a warm welcome not knowing what I really wanted but was helped and support by Shane decided on a ring and a locket and was even recorded with mum's ashes being put in it was so moving and made it perfect. Thankyou so much.

Top service, nice lads seem very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing, left an engagement ring with them to get re-sized, had it done next day, polished too, looks amazing and brand new, couldn't be happier honestly.

Great shop, went above and beyond. I designed a ring that I wanted making and they did everything they could to make it for me. Great service and great lads to deal with. My ring came out better than I could have wanted. If I could have given more than 5* I would have. Will definitely be back.
