Due to a blocked stack pipe and years of having to call out plumbers because it kept getting blocked, the guys from J& B have finally sorted it out. From initially coming round to investigate with cameras and finding out there was a massive build up of scale and then deciding to put a new stack pipe, they have been clean, punctual, reliable, professional and all round amazing, especially J and L who replaced the stack pipe today. I can't praise them enough, heartfelt thank you J& B team.

A brilliant company throughout - from initial contact with Jade on arranging a site visit with John and then follow up comms regarding repairs to my guttering and adaption of downpipes.

John is very polite and knowledgeable when he came round offering a very competitive price as he prides himself keeping his local customer base around Grays which often as business get successful, they forget about local clientele.

After a few changes of dates due to not being able to align dates, Richard and John came round to undertake the work.

Richard was hardworking, tidy and undertook all the aspect of the job professionally and worked tirelessly to get the best result with proper knowledge of guttering systems.

John and his team replaced the house's original guttering, soffits and fascias (see the old soffit that was well past the point of no return) and even had to clear the guttering out as it was full of leaves. JB Drains and Gutters Ltd are exceptionally good. I have been having problems with my ensuite toilet basin and shower, my bathroom toilet and basin and my cloakroom toilet and basin. James and Jamie turned up on time, they were so friendly, respectful and caring. They checked out all of my sanitary ware and the outside drains they checked with a camera. They have given me sound advice which I will now be following to ensure that the nasty smells that were occurring stop occurring. I would thoroughly recommend this company and these two guys were tremendous. Definitely five stars.

Brilliant service! Called them at 11.30am with some blocked pipes and they were with me by early afternoon and sorted the problem in a matter of minutes. Nice fellas that turned up, super helpful and cleaned up too!

John and his colleague (Thor?) were both great lads: punctual, professional and really friendly.

They were hired to replace some guttering at the front of my elderly mother-in-laws house, and they did so with professionalism and sensitivity. While they were on site I mentioned a couple of small issues at the back of the house which John was more than happy to look at and repair whilst there, despite me just springing it on him.
