Coming to the uk recently I had all sorts of issues with my mobile roaming. On an off chance when buying a newspaper I asked about how I could sort a uk sim to use. While a reasonably simple thing to sort, the support and help provided was fabulous and I left the shop all sorted. My elderly mother uses JB Cards for her early morning paper delivery. Mum gets up early and likes to get up early read the days news. The problem is the paper is more than often late or very late. Deliveries after 9am to 12am are commonplace. I have walked down there on my mum's behalf quite a few times to find out what going on, and am met with total disinterest. This is not a free service, my mum is a pensioner and relies on her paper. Not happy.
