Bought an small storage box that was stated it only had damage on the lid and was reduced but after purchasing it I only just notice there was more damage on the box I went back to ask for a refund and I was refused as it was an reduced project. They could of told me that before I made my purchase. I won't be buying from there again l.

Not a very nice experience this afternoon. Chap who runs the place very unprofessional and aggressive. He was speaking to one of his members of staff and it got very nasty and ended up being a full on fight where he sent her (crying) out of the shop after shouting aggressively on the shop floor. A customer with a baby left crying (the customer, not the baby).
Even if the member of staff was being difficult (I don't know what started the fight) there are much more appropriate and professional ways to speak to your team. Might I suggest going on a People Management course.

Very rude old lady at the till with attitude, came in respecful, came out with bitter and rude negative experience from the old lady at the till. Certain people shouldn't deflect bad customer service to the customer. It's honestly very disappointing as I decided to shop at this store instead of the bigger ones but we learn every day, very unique behaviour as its a small shop which would want to sustain and attract customers. Will not be coming again and spending my money here.It looks customer experience isn't the priority here just putting any rude lady will be suitable. The reason why I mentioned old was to describe the lady it was not in a negative way.

Great shop sells most things. Helpful friendly staff as always. Could easily pass an hour browsing as you need to look at everything 😅
