scammers. sold me broken earrings for £10 and hid the fact that it was broken. their stuff is bad quality and they’re selling at such extortionate prices. if you want jewellery go across the road

THIS IS FOR YOU ALINA....

AVOID THIS PLACE THEY ARE RUDE AND BULLY CUSTOMERS. THAT ALINA IS A RUDE WOMAN THINKS SHE IS SOMETHING SPECIAL. I DONT THINK THE GUY WHO IS THE OWNER SHOULD ALLOW SUCH RUDE WOMAN TO EVEN BE ON HIS ONLINE SHOP. IF SHE BEHAVED LIKE THIS IN PERSON WITH ME I WOULD NEVER TOLERATE SUCH BEHAVIOUR. THIS WOMAN THINKS BULLYING ONLINE THEY GETTING CUSTOMERS NOTHING BUT RUDE AND GOT NO CUSTOMER SKILLS. AVOID AVOID THIS SHOP THEY WILL BE INVESTIGATED BY TIK TOK

I have ordered several times with them via tiktok: you get what you pay for so can't really say they have the best quality but their designs are trendy. So if you like fast fashion they are the way to go . .
However the reason for less stars is their wierd customer service. I was sent the wrong size by their mistake and was told "it's sad that you couldn't compromise" I wish sizes worked like this and by doing some compromise I would have fit into a small instead of medium..Lol had to stop ordering after this

I have purchased many items from Jaani Boutique and I have to say I haven't been disspointed!

The quality of the clothes are amazing and the prices are very affordable. They are a lovely couple who have a great range of products to choose from.

They also have great customer service and fast delivery service which means you won't be waiting long for your items.

I have really great experience with these guys. They are selling excellent quality with amazing styles in nothing price. I would like to say them a HOPE for those who can't afford big brands but they want to treat themselves. I bought different stuff which was amazing experience and I would definitely recommend to everyone just shop for one time and you will stick with them and never will go anywhere ? surely ?
Guys keep it up for ourselves.
