With expertise from a range of facialists, you can talk through what you're hoping to achieve and they will provide the treatments to match. Gemma is absolutely wonderful. Pros are the variety of services offered, informative staff and nobody tries to push product sales onto you. Cons, parking can be a pain, you pretty much have to book in person or email online, waiting area is very small, and there is not much noise control for a relaxing environment. I don't have 'relaxing' services so this doesnt bother me, but I would not consider getting a relaxing service here due to the constant noise...you can hear everything while in the treatment rooms. Service providers are often talking (what seems to be) loudly, creaky floors and an array of outside noises. If you are having a service where noise or talking isn't going to sway your experience then you will probably enjoy your time here.

So glad I found this place. I come every month to see Taylor for a pedicure who is brilliant! As a type 1 diabetic it can be a worry to find someone who can do a good job to keep your feet healthy, however I have no worries here. All of the staff I have met are friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend.

Very unrelaxing atmosphere on last visit. Neighbouring dog continually barked during my massage. Staff member made several drinks and put on tumble dryer which was unpleasant and loud. Addressed my experience with the salon but my complaint was dismissed. No apology given. Very expensive for such an unpleasant experience.

Worst service ever , she took our money for treatment , only did one treatment and didn’t return the money to my fiancé, £ 350 refuses to discuss this with us any other company would have refunded the money , this is stealing
