My very first dress try on and I couldn’t have asked for a better morning. Jacqueline is the most friendly and lovely lady. She made the whole experience feel so relaxed and fun that we felt like we’d known her for years!

The shop was exclusively ours for the hour and little touches made it feel so personalised and intimate. I chose roughly 8 dresses and asked Jacqueline for input too. There was no rush, we took our time and there was no feeling of pressure to buy a dress but 3 dresses down I’d found the one anyway. I tried my dress on 3/4 times comparing with other contenders then said yes to the dress!

There are plenty of dresses on sample racks which you can take home the same day but make sure regardless your appointment is months in advance for dresses that need to be ordered in advance of your wedding!! (My wedding is in May 2026 but visited April 2025)

I cannot thank Jacqueline Louise Bridal enough for their help with finding the most perfect bridesmaid dresses. The staff are kind, friendly and welcoming, and had great customer service. The multi-way bridesmaid dresses looked absolutely incredible! The bridesmaids loved them - they said they were comfortable to wear all day, and the multiple ways to wear the dresses meant they were able to choose a design which suited them the best. The colour and quality of the dresses was perfect. I'd highly recommend buying dresses from this business.

Jacqueline made the bridesmaids dresses for my wedding this year. They were made from a beautiful olive green material with a soft sheen, and there was lots of material in the dresses creating a soft drop. My girls absolutely loved wearing them, they were flattering and all of them looked gorgeous. I wanted a Grecian one-shouldered look for the bridesmaids and there are 4 different ways of creating a one-shouldered tie, each with slightly different details. They suit all body shapes and all of them came with a bandeau. I thought it was great that the bandeaus didn’t have to be purchased separately, as they give that extra coverage. I bought the dresses though her Etsy story and her communication was excellent from her and she was great at sending out samples initially. I highly recommend Jacqueline.

From when I arrived to the 'Welcome Jade' light box I knew I was in safe hands for my bridesmaid dresses. This little touch made me feel really special and optimistic about the day ahead.
I traveled from Stoke to Jacqueline Louise Bridal purposely, with my two bridesmaids and niece, for the multi way dresses which did not disappoint. The range of colours was perfect and we found the one really quickly Jac was extremely patient with my two bridesmaids and altering 1099 times was not an issue. The price was really reasonable and I love that they will get delivered to my house in a reasonable timeframe.
