Service here is second to none! I have brought from the Dunmow branch of Jacks several times before, in fact I will usually visit game fairs and horse trails and return to buy the product from this store as they will always order in for you. This is what happened in my most recent purchase - I wanted a pair of Fairfax and Favour Regina boots in the slim fit for my skinny legs however Jacks only stock the regular fit so they took down my details and ordered in my boots from F&F, they arrived within a week and I was called promptly to let me know they were here so I could collect the next day. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase and a big thank you to all the staff member’s who helped me to get my lovely new boots 🙏

Needed a new pair of walking shoes during the lock-down. Was unsure about sizing so I rang and left a message (the shops were shut). The owner Darren rang me back the same day and after a very helpful chat, I ordered a pair of Meindl Philadelphia. They arrived within two days . 11 mile walk out of the box and they felt great. Super, personal service.

I have never bought from this company before until now. Bought the Schoffel Barrowden gilet as a present for my husband. I spoke to Darren who said that the size required was at the Saffron Walden store and within 5 mins of speaking to him, Debbie from Saffron Walden called me to discuss sizing. She was so helpful and spent time giving me the exact measurement of the garment before placing the order. It was so lovely to speak to people that wanted to give such a good service. I placed the order on the Friday and I received it on Monday. Excellent service and will definitely buy from this company again. It was so nice to speak to people who were genuinely interested in helping.
