Izzy’s tea room catered my daughter’s 18th birthday party. The food was tasty, fresh and plentiful. The service was amazing. They delivered on time, set it all up for us and made sure we were completely happy with everything before leaving. Everyone commented on how good the buffet was. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I’ve tried both the afternoon tea and breakfasts and it’s all been lovely, especially the cakes in the afternoon tea! Such good value for money and all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The tea room itself looks really cosy and cute too!

Had afternoon tea for 5, 1 vegan and allergies. They went above and beyond with accommodating our needs. Staff friendly, lovely decorated. Good variety of food, very tasty. Cakes were amazing even got to take goodie bags home of what we couldn’t manage to finish. Highly recommended.

Great lunch at Izzy"s tea room today for my mums 80th birthday.
The ploughman's lunch and cakes were delicious. Our pot of tea was replenished throughout our meal, the service was very good and there is a very nice friendly atmosphere in the tea room. My mum thoroughly enjoyed her visit and she loved the China tea service that was laid out on our table especially for her.
Thank you for making her day special.

Took 2 grandaughters for afternoon tea, the staff were very friendly, helpful, polite, had a great atmosphere soon ever you walk through the door. The food you get is well worth the money the kids couldn't eat it all but they took the cakes home what they didn't eat the staff put them a box for them to take home,really good and will be going again soon. I would really recommend this place to anyone.

Izzy's Tea Room is a lovely place to visit for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. Helen and Karen always go above and beyond, they are so attentive, polite and friendly. The food is amazing. We love the cheese and ham toasties, jacket potatoes, breakfasts, ALL of the cakes 🥰😋 especially the scones, they are massive and very scrumptious.
We had afternoon tea for 2 and had it to take out so we could have it at home as a treat. It was my birthday. Oh, the ladies went above and beyond and there were definitely more food for 2 people. It could've easily served 4 people. We had to give a £5 deposit per person but this was only because the ladies order alot of food for the afternoon tea. We've recommended the afternoon tea to alot of people.
Izzy's Tea Room did a buffet for my Dad's funeral. There were loads of different varieties of sandwiches, cakes, hot chicken nuggets, strips and even pizza. Fresh clotted cream and jam for the scones. Alot of people commented on the buffet as to how fresh, well presented and the choices that were on the buffet. Once again, there were more food than the numbers that we asked for. The guests took some of the buffet home. There were no cakes or chicken or pizzas left at the end of the day 😃😋
We would definitely recommend these lovely ladies to anyone whether it be to eat in/take out or for a buffet. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Called in for Lunch, what a delightful tea room very quaint, had a jacket potato with salad and coleslaw and sparkling water friend had a ham sandwich with salad and coleslaw and a frappicino , both extremely filling , had every intention of trying the cake but was full so will have to try the cake again, tea room spotless , owner very pleasant and cheerful , had a few gifts for sale to all reasonably priced, food was also well priced under a tenner for both meals and drinks , restroom very clean ,only downside is that it is upstairs so anyone with a disability would struggle with stairs , will def be going again and looking forward to trying the cake😃
