Hi,

My order 9918 arrived incomplete. I ordered for 2 Coral fishes but received only 1 Coral. Please see the attached picture.

Please send me another Coral fish to the same address or refund equivalent amount.

Also, I selected cutting 4 for Katla but it came with cutting 3.

I tried to communicate over phone and WhatsApp, but no one responded. This is very disappointing and really unprofessional way of doing business.

Please revert how you are going to resolve the Coral fish problem.

Absolutely lovely hidden gem!! We popped in to get some spices and meat, this was our first visit and the shop is spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful. We couldn’t walk past the hot food and not buy any, we already had food that we’d just bought somewhere else so only got a mutton samosa and chicken wrap - ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!, I wish we had got more as we won’t be able to pop back until the new year, they were honestly THE BEST samosa & wrap we’ve ever had, I’m always dubious with samosas as they are usually ‘hit and miss’ but the flavours, textures and even the filo pastry was second to none! The shop floor, was so well stocked, very reasonably priced and was clean, organised and tidy! Brilliant find!

Their online service is very disappointing & miserable. .. last time they didn't deliver some of the items and after letting them know about it they didn't even refund...
This time too I ordered 1 kg of khejur gur patali, they delivered 500gm... and this time also one product was missing... like last time, I informed them about it... but they don't even bother ... I have got an email that they have refunded but no money credited in my account... the site is very unprofessional... when a product is out of stock, they don't show it... they allow it to add into the cart... and the workers there are very unprofessional.... they don't know how to deal with a customer ...

A good Bengali grocery store in Hounslow with variety of Bengal special vegetables, sweets, fishes & spices. I found “Jharna Ghee” only in this shop till today in UK though it’s a bit higher priced compared to others. I took “Gobindobhog chal”, frozen ilish, vegetable & spices. All were good 👍 .
Highly recommend if you stay western part of London

Lovely friendly girl on front counter, got a fresh hearty wrap and veg Samosa for only £5!! Was v surprised and great meal for the money. Veg Samosa so good I will definitely return.

Very disappointed by the service. Had sent parcel to India till date it has not reached. The owner promised me that he will send it within 2 weeks. It's a month now he hasn't been sent. The owner is a scammer and a big liar. Please in future do not send parcel from this shop.

I ordered Himsagar mango but it turned out something else, a product of Bangladesh, where there was no mention of Himsagar on the box. Out of 7 mangoes, 2 were completely rotten/inedible and a few were nearly gone. I gave 1* only because the delivery was on time. I am extremely disappointed with my first experience with the store.

It’s a store where you get all your bengali needs. Been their customer for 3 years now.
What you get?
Fish - Hilsa from Padma Bangladesh, Rohu, Katla, Pabda, Pomfret, Prawns, Magur, Topse, Bata……
Fresh Veg - Most of the bengali sakh, kumro, lau, pepe, kochu….
Spices and others like Muri, Nolen gur, Tal aer pulp, pitha….
They also serve food - Boneless chicken biryani is worth trying. Tastes close to Kolkata biryani.
The staff are very friendly.
