Excellent!
I had to have my wedding ring cut off, they repaired and cleaned it to an incredibly high standard, for which I'm very happy, the ring itself is perfect, very impressed and happy thanks.
While in-store we got a lovely gold chain, service and advice were excellent, we will definitely be back, thanks.

Wonderful, family-owned shop, incredible work! My engagement ring, unfortunately, took some damage, and it was beyond repair. I was walked through the process of choosing a new setting for my stones and filing an insurance claim to cover the cost of re-setting in a new band. I just got my rings back and they are GORGEOUS! I can't recommend them enough, and will always take my jewelry to them!

My wedding ring was five sizes too small due to 35 years of good living so I took it into Italian Jewellery in Ely and asked if they could do anything so it would fit me again.That was 10 o’clock in the morning by 15.30 pm I got a text to say it was done,collected it and it fitted perfectly. Fantastic service and an invisible repair would highly recommend them.

Don't go here to sell your gold unless you know the price per gram first, I had weighed it so I knew what it weighed but I hadn't checked the price, gold at the moment is very high but to my detriment I sold it to them for a quarter of the price. Shame on them.
