I purchased a pet stroller from Isle for Dogs after considering many models from various retailers. Prior to purchase I contacted Isle for Dogs to confirm a few details about the product and the owner was very helpful, sending my photos to confirm. I placed the order that night. Unfortunately the order was delayed due to an error with DPD (not the sender’s issue). Isle for dogs were great at keeping me updated and in the end the item was returned to them eventually by DPD (who at one point had lost it) and she returned it to me via a different courier. It arrived and I’m very happy with the product and the service- huge thanks!

A company that really treats their customers special! Ordered a product that was out of stock. They asked me what replacement product (or refund) I’d prefer and sent it for arrival the very next day with some freebies to apologise!
