Very nice but pricey

Even though he was very nice, he overcharged me twice i purposely didn't ask for change in hope he would give the change back on it's own. First time i bought a miswak and qaeda, he told me qaeda was £2.10 and miswak was £0.80 and then charged me £3.00. Second time he charged me £5.00 for two qaeda's. Charging me £2.50 for each aqeda. Are the prices flexible?
