Horrendous. Although the ladies on the phone were lovely Rachel and Emily. The whole process of booking the experience was really stressful and I so nearly give up my £100 already paid. So many hoops to jump through… emails voucher numbers access code, links… you name it. It took me an age and prior to phoning,a team of emails telling me I wasn’t on their website! Like I’d do this waste of my time for the hell of it. I took me hours and days of emails.. I’m sorry to say I would never do it again nor could I recommend. It would be a no star review but for the girls on the phone. You need to make the whole thing a lot easier and more straightforward and user friendly. Sorry. I’m exhausted! Hope the one night stay is worth it after all this

Essex Glider Club great flight in in a glider for my son & me at Ridgewell Essex a WW2 ex RAF/USAAF airfield. Staff very friendly & helpful. Tied it in with a visit to the airfields museum.

It’s my partners birthday in January and I know he loves driving experiences. I found the perfect one on Into The Blue and the experience takes place not too far from our home. With the New Year break I thought I better order early. Ordered 1530 30th December, packaged arrived 12midday 31st December. Fantastic service

Very bad experience! I booked a flying simulator experience for my partner who lives in Bristol and they were the only ones providing this experience in the Bristol airport. When he called the provider to book, he was told that they no longer provide this experience and that in fact they had stopped providing it 3 months ago! Yet nobody from
Into the Blue thought it was a good idea to let me and anyone else who booked it know!! I had to email them myself and after weeks of waiting, they announced a new provider in Gloucester and not Bristol which was the only reason I went with them. So now we will have to spend time and money travelling to Gloucester! They also gave me the wrong postcode for the new provider and didn’t bother to update the voucher they reshared with me which has a new expiry date but still mentions the Bristol location! I’m rather shocked with the sloppy and unprofessional service. I’d never buy anything from them again!

Found the perfect gift for a 60th birthday. Purchased voucher, followed booking instructions and waited for confirmation. None came. I had to chase the flying club to then be told the simulator wasn't there anymore! If I hadn't done that I'd still be none the wiser. So many experience providers out there and I had to chose a shockingly bad one and wasted precious time and now can't book in on the birthday weekend. Rated two stars as opposed to one as refunded quickly

The order process was straightforward and delivery really prompt. The voucher is very nicely packaged, and feels like a substantial gift, which the actual experience will be. The lesson hasn't yet been booked so I'm not commenting on that process.

It is a very user friendly site.....BUT (and I have experienced this on other sites), I signed up to the newsletter in order to get £10 off the total with the voucher code, but when it came to paying, there was nowhere to put the code so I didn't get the £10.00 off. Hence not 5 stars. The voucher is a Christmas present so cannot review the actual experience yet.
