I moved into the flat in late 2022. The area is lovely and local shops are within walking distance with Brentwood Station close by.

Myself along with multiple people in the building have complained to the building management about issues with our windows. Some residents even have mould spores and damp areas in their flats. I spoke to one couple that recently moved in and they suspect mould was painted over prior to them moving in.

Despite this having been reported nearly 18 months ago, Land Charter has made no effort to resolve the issue. Instead they continue to state that they are chasing contactors. Awful company and I truly worry about the state of their other buildings. Avoid at all costs.

In 2022, I moved from elsewhere in Brentwood to Ingrave House, which appealed to me on first sight. It is ideally located for easy access to the shops and businesses in the immediate area, to buses and the railway station, parks, the library, doctors and dentists, with the real benefit of being in a quiet part of the town.

The flats and the location live up to all expectations.

We bought a flat here in June 2022 having visited numerous new developments in the area. The level of workmanship and amount of space in comparison to the others convinced us very quickly that this was perfect for us . We have not been disappointed.
