Beautiful and refreshing hike – perfect day out!
The Ingleton Waterfalls Trail is absolutely stunning. The walk is well-marked and takes you through a variety of landscapes – lush woodlands, rocky paths, and of course, breathtaking waterfalls at every turn. The whole trail takes around 2.5 to 4 hours depending on your pace and photo stops.

The views are magical, especially after rainfall when the waterfalls are at their most powerful. It's a bit of a workout, with some steep steps and uneven paths, so wear good walking shoes. There are benches and picnic spots along the way, and a small café near the entrance.

Entry fee is reasonable considering how well-maintained the trail is. Great for families, couples, or solo hikers – we had a wonderful time and would definitely visit again!

We arrived early on a Sunday. This meant we could stroll at a leisurely pace, and it wasn't too busy.
A beautiful walk with a refreshment stand and toilets en route. Lots of places to stop and admire the view. All finished off with a walk through the beautiful village which has cafes, fish and chips, pubs and lovely craft shops.
Well worth the entrance fee.

Sunning 4 and a half mile walk. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The waterfalls were all amazing and all of the pathways and bridges were in good order. There's a little cabin just under the half way point that sell hot and cold drinks and food everything was reasonably priced. There were people of all ages on this walk I can highly recommend it.

Amazing 6 miles of tough terrain. My 9 and 6yo's managed it but they were tired at the end. Absolutely worth it no question! Couple of places for ice creams on your way round and loads of places to explore and either dip your feet or go for a dip. Absolutely loved it

Fantastic circular walking route with amazing views, plenty of waterfalls. Lots of easy parts to walk on footpaths along with plenty of up stairs and hills. Refreshment vans on the way round at just the right time! A little challenging in parts but so worth it. Great day out!

Fabulous walk with great scenery.
It took us 4 Hours to do a full loop.
We enjoyed the ice cream van on the way!
For us the walk was fairly easy yet we got a bit tired towards the end.
Number on the map show waterfalls yet there are other numbers along the way that got us a bit confused..
The path is clearly signposted.
Ending in the village which was a surprise.
Last part of the walk had the best waterfalls and trails in our opinion.
We were lucky with sunny yet not too hot weather (end of March)
Some parts are really steep so doing the whole trail with very young kids can be a challenge but doable.
For us it was 12000steps.
We had lovely time.

We opted to go later in the afternoon and arrived around 3pm. Glad we did as it was quite busy at the main waterfalls, but not too busy so we couldn’t get any nice photos. (I imagine at lunch time it’s much worse!)
It’s a beautiful trail with some stunning spots!! There are a lot of steps so medium fitness is probably required. Not any bins along the trail so make sure to take a bag so you can take your rubbish home with you!

Moderate walk with beautiful scenery. There are lots of steps so I would say it is unsuitable for young children and not wheelchair accessible. Parking is free but you have to pay £11 to access the walk. Lots of refreshment stops that are reasonably priced. Gorgeous day out and definitely recommended!
