Hi Im George Wallace and recently built a new Pergola in my garden. I used 4" L- brackets, T-pieces, Corner Brackets and base brackets all from Indoor Outdoors. The screws for wood and Masonry sent were perfect for the job. Its such a great idea to use these type of brackets when constructing a new structure of sorts in your garden. The service from them was superb. The delivery was on time. When I opened the boxes to see my products, I couldn't believe how well packaged the brackets were. I am absolutely delighted with the service. I can 100% recommend them to anyone whom are looking for new ways of constructing in their garden to make it more beautiful.

I originally bought two large bottomless planters from Indoor Outdoor and was very pleased with them. I decided to buy two more but didn’t measure my space properly and when they arrived they were too small. I contacted Customer Services and was able to return the planters and receive a refund very promptly with no fuss or bother. I re- ordered the correct size and they arrived very quickly.
The planters are great quality and my first two have weathered to a really lovely colour. A fantastic product. Highly recommended.

Actually had a slight issue with the size of the item, so made contact via Amazon and received a fantastic service from Alan. Alan has been extremely helpful, very responsive, polite and gone above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience. I'm extremely grateful for the help and support, especially since I ended up returning the product - the customer service still remained fantastic. Would certainly recommend them and would return for any future items, great service (and great product, just the wrong size for my needs). Are they actually still trading? Have only received part of my order and there is absolutely no answer on the phone at all, been trying g for the best part of a week so far to no avail. Looks like a refund request through my card provider is on the cards.

Just bought 4 nukeson panels and 30 ish pegs to go with them. My project is a little different, I'll be sure to send you a few pics of them on the wall tomorrow. You may like it, it's something different in all fairness.

As for the product. It's spot on. Decent quality and very robust. I had this same project in my last place using a different manufacturer (who is now more expensive that nukeson and the powder cost not as durable) so this set up is a no brainer. Equally as good as anything coming out of America (which is where I got the idea)
