Thank you Kaapi for this wonderful traditional South Indian & authentic filter coffee!
We were delighted to have received the fantastic coffee set which includes
- A traditional brass percolator (two chambers, tamper, lid)
- Traditional brass drinking cups (two davarahs, two tumblers)
- Two packets of 250g blended South Indian filter coffee (85% coffee, 15% chicory, medium roast).
Simply amazing is the word for this set. Filter coffee has always been a favourite when we visited any Udipi South Indian restaurant in India or the UK, but we have never had the opportunity to make it at home here.

Really excited to have this coffee which smells absolutely divine and the traditional brass cups & percolator just add to the awesome experience!
We will not be surprised if we are now hooked on to filter coffee!

Can anyone from this look at this please? I placed an order in 2022 and have not received it yet. Innumerable emails or form submission has yielded no results. There's no refunds processed or no communication as well with tracking details. This is such a bad service.

There is no phone number as well to reach out.

A work colleague of mine was remembering the days back home when they used to have a South Indian Latte. I love coffee so got a Kaapi and some Indian coffee; wow! Strong but lovely rich flavour and the Kaapi looks nice as well. Defo recommend.

Hello Kaapi Company....
Just three days ago, I got my parcel. I placed order on october. Since then, very poor communication from your part. Whatever, ignore all. When I recieved my parcel, THE TAMPER inside percolator was missing. How I gonna use that without tamper Why you can't make sure all things are in while packing an order. Could you please let me know, is there any way to get that tamper I have no hope that you people gonna read this. Am sorry to say this. Just imagine the mental state of the one who purchased and blindly trust you...
