Good co-working space. Excellent to have a great cafe on site. Co-working facilities feel a bit basic (older decor, squeezed into old offices, no air con) but the IncuHive team are absolutely lovely and very helpful. Overall a good offer and I wouldn't hesitate to work there again.

We decided to rent an office at Incuhive in Wilton after coming to view the site and meeting the relationship manager.

There was a delay in us moving in due to the office being so new and still having work done (not their fault) so it was agreed that I use the shared working space.

On my arrival it was quite obvious that a couple of the desks were in full time use and a very nice lady pointed me to a free desk which I used for a month or so until our office was ready.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere, lovely site and the incuhive staff are all really helpful.

I needed a hot desking space and this solves the problem brilliantly. I mainly work from home, which can be a little isolating, so having an 'office' within walking distance is great - with very friendly 'co-workers' who've also taken desks. They're a mix of self employed, and others like me who work for larger companies based in London and beyond.
The rates are pretty reasonable, and easy in/easy out so I didn't have to commit to a long term contract, which is helpful.
The location is also great - in the historic Wilton carpet factory buildings, with a nice cafe next door. There's loads of free parking too, if you need it.
Amie and the Incuhive Team are all really friendly, responsive and easy to work with. I would defintely recommend.

I’ve been at Incuhive with my business for over 6 months now and can highly recommend it. The shared office space is a great professional environment and I have everything I need. The Incuhive team have been very supportive and there is an increasingly positive vibe on the Wilton site with a fantastic mix of businesses.

Terrible experience - Beware before using this service!

I had a truly awful experience with this company on my very first day. I was met with hostility from their "customer relationship manager," who shockingly threatened to personally drive down and physically eject me for mistakenly sitting at the wrong desk!

The misunderstanding occurred when I was asked to pick between two desks, but there was no clear indication of which ones were actually available. This simple mistake led to an outrageous reaction from the staff.

What's even more disappointing is the CEO's indifference to the incident, essentially endorsing such unprofessional behavior.

I cannot stress enough how important it is to AVOID this business. Their website may claim inclusivity and acceptance, but my experience shows that these are just deceptive marketing ploys.

Save yourself the headache and choose a service that truly values its clients.
