I just collected my refurbished Stetson from Sophie and it's OUTSTANDING. It looks like a completely new hat. It's wonderful to see the care and attention she clearly put into it. I initially contacted her online and after sharing some photos went to deliver the hat and see the studio - It's an absolutely lovely place on the top of exchange place that feels through and through that it is run by someone who deeply loves their craft.

Sophie was extremely pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. I cannot recommend her enough for anyone that has hat related needs! She even wrote a blog post guide about how to maintain felt/wool hats in future and then thanked me for letting her work on her first Stetson! Amazing! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I am the proud owner of many Imogen's Imagination pieces. and none more so than the absolutely epic floral headpieces Sophie made for my wedding, 4 different items for me, and for 3 bridesmaids. She took my fairly out there and vague ideas, supported me through a design process, researched suitable flowers, made mock ups for my hair and makeup trial and then ultimately put together pieces that far outweighed my wildest dreams. She kept me informed through out, giving advice, making sure I was happy. The whole process was a pleasure and I coulkd not have been happier with the results!

This a very delayed FIVE STAR review, but I could not have been happier with Sophie and Imogen's Imaginations! On Aug. 24, 2019, I sent a message to Sophie after I saw the Black Loop Fascinator with Coque Feathers on her Etsy page. I suspected navy blue would look better with my ensemble. Sophie requested photos of my dress, sent photos of other navy blue fascinators styles and the next day she ordered the materials for mine. I was traveling from Alaska to Scotland. I said I needed it for a wedding on Sept. 5. It was in the post and waiting for me at the Raemoir House a couple days before the event! Xx

My two (yes two!) berets arrived very quickly and were beautifully packaged. I love the colours I have chosen - one purple and one navy. True to the colours in the photos on the website. Beautifully made, I love the detail of the 'Made by Imogen's Imagination' label - this was not on the two berets I bought earlier this year. I am so looking forward to wearing them. Thank you! I shall look forward to seeing the new colours too - I told you I would have a collection fairly quickly!
