I've always hated my hair, and went in today with the full intention of having it all cut off. Thankfully, my appointment was with Andrew, who was able to kindly advise and suggest what might work best for my hair. I absolutely love the cut - it's the best my hair has ever looked! - and will definitely be returning. Thanks so much, Andrew!

I had my first cut with Iain Duester today and I was really happy with it. Iain listened to what I wanted and did a fantastic job. He was friendly and helpful. The salon is lovely and welcoming. I've already booked in again with Iain for the next cut.

I booked in for a body and fullness perm. They took a deposit and I received a confirmation email. When I arrived after a 30min drive, they told me I had to have a consultation first. So I sat down and waited 10 mins for this to start. Only to be met by Morgan who asked me in and questions about why I wanted a perm and then said “well you obviously have bleached blonde, so you can’t have a perm”. What a waster of my time.
Overall I found the experience to be really unprofessional.

First time going to Idlewild today and thoroughly impressed. A beautiful salon, friendly staff and Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable about hair loss. It was clear that he genuinely wants to help and has very extensive knowledge.
