This is a UK store. I am in the USA. I saw a Morrissey robe on Icons website I had to have it. I emailed Icon to inquire on how tI could purchase a robe from the UK Tom immediately answered my email stating he would get me a robe somehow. Tom worked tirelessly to let me buy merchandise from a UK store. I love Icons philosophy in regard to providing excellent customer care. They (Tom) stands behind what he says. A MUST store to check out and buy music paraphernalia, you will not be disappointed.

I was recommended to Icon Music by a friend and took my guitar in for some repairs and a re-string including a set up. The service was excellent and my guitar was transformed. I've now used them again for another guitar and was again very pleased with the result. The Luthier at Icon Music is obviously very knowledgeable and adept at getting guitar setups just right. Thanks also to Tom for keeping in touch regularly with updates.

I've just used Icon Music to sort out my tired old Telecaster Custom and received excellent service. The guitar wiring and set up/re-string was throughly sorted and it now plays really well.
Tom was able to advise on the best strings to suit my requirements and texted me when the guitar was ready for collection.
I would recommend Icon Music.

was really surprised to find out this was a family business due to how good their clothing section was. I spent ages trying to find a place that has a wide variety as well as good quality until I found Icon Music which ticks both boxes and so much more.
