They gave me a few different things than the ones I ordered without informing me in the email about the change. Now I have nothing to do with these things because I simply don't like it. I don't know if it's really that hard to complete an order correctly? Can't the staff tell the difference between items? It's probably not that hard. If you don't have an item, don't give me another one that I don't need, just return the money. I won't be shopping there online again.

Rude staffs!
After I was waiting half an hour for the till
Around midday 28-1-25
I've been told the till is only for delivery.
So I was supposed to self check out and queue again?!
(Very long queue)
And what I was supposed to buy I need it assistance, (google play voucher)
I was ready to spend £100 pounds in a google play voucher
You loose costumers who willing to spend £100?
So I left without buy anything after haf an hour waiting

A male member of the staff flirted with me, touching my arm, when I asked him for help at the check out. Plus I am a married woman, my wedding ring was clearly visible. So offensive and unprofessional. I will never again go to this shop. My husband is looking to put a formal complaint against this employee to ICELAND.

Today morning around 9.30 I purchased something from Iceland Hounslow high Street. I was in the queue for billing ,one staff was there in that session (a lady)she was attending another customer before me.
Suddenly another lean lady staff with arrogant behavior,she took my things (which I placed for billing) withoutasking or telling anything to me and placed in the self checkout area.
I didn't understand at first why she is doing that as she didn't ask my permission or didn't informed me or request me to self checkout.
When I asked her she simply show her attitude and told -you can checkout her. I asked her ,but you have to inform me first She just gave me a look and didn't even said sorry. She went from there and talking something in Hindi to another staff.
Wht type of behavior is this from staff towards the customers.I literally feel insulted today.
Dear Iceland , please inform your staff to behave politely towards the customers.

Impossible to pay or leave. Went in for one thing: queue for non working self checkouts about 20 people. Was prevented from leaving. Rude security shouted at me. Awful. Avoid.

Home delivery did not get delivered due to traffic the next day they said NO VAN for delivery it seems like ICELAND has delivery van shortages. Finally delivered around 8pm. Not happy with the SAME DAY HOME DELIVERY SERVICE. NEED TO GET THE VAN.

Nice variety of products available here. My wife and I bought Nestlé Quality Sweets, Peppermint chocolate, etc. Less check out counters. Staff is less but nice.

I ordered some groceries on just eat over an hour ago and the time of delivery keeps getting later and later with no sign of being fulfilled I am also going to review just eat as they have no channels to speak with a human or anyone at all for that matter and wish that chains and franchises like yourselves would care more for your customers I hope my stuff doesn't defrost.

Update: still not yet received my order what are you guys doing? Never takes this long usually... Will I get a full refund as cash because it has now been 2hrs since I first placed the order and it specified that it should be with me in 15-30 mins since ordering was placed... I am still waiting 2hrs afterwards.

Latest they have checked it off as fulfilled since they dropped off some of the unessential items wow has it always been like this? Whenever I ordered from Uber eats they might have gotten my order wrong but at least most of the time they were on time or early we were relying on stuff like the water considering over 70% of our bodies are and it's really hot and I can't drink tap water as I am allergic also my ice creams are missing and the ice cubes
