without question the sexiest Iceland ive ever been in, defo had a recent refurb...has to be the flag ship store
... they have a good vege section, with Linda M on point as peer

My experience with the staff here was horrendous. Today was the first time in years that I have been racially profiled by security. The moment I entered the door the security guard was stalking me all the way to check out and the lady at the self checkout till stood right behind me making me nervous as she stared at me, looking at everything I was doing.

The prices were okay but not worth the shoddy experience that comes with being racially profiled and stalked.

Very rude Asian guy called siat or something like that he closed the till that he wasn’t working on as he saw me stand there before then told me to move I then told him he’s being rude and he said he doesn’t care I then went on self check out and needed help as it needed a code, I called him as he was the only available staff member and he point blank told me No ask someone else I then asked his name he told me and said he doesn’t care, a polite cashier then came off the till to help and apologised for him as she could even see he was agitated and irritated like he was on a come down from alcohol or drugs!

Management or HR please look at the cameras from 23/2/24 between 1:35pm-2pm and you will see his disrespectful body language and attitude and to make it worse I’m a woman and had my baby with me! There’s no need for that uneccerry attitude and how customer service is appalling and he needs talking too.
If I was a man that situation could have escalated very quickly

Terrible customer service!! Home Delivery is worse! I dont know why they have it. when I try to ask and explain to them why my delivery was half missing and crushed, instead they hang up on me im so dissappointed! im a regular customer but it seems that this iceland store is getting worse and worse...

Showed in store for delivery no one turned up and I phone in the morning and promised me that I'll be getting the delivery same time but no one shows up very bad service will not be shopping ever again
