Excellent little store with lots of unexpected goodies on the shelves and in the freezers. Nice clean store with friendly staff and 10% discount for the over 60's one day a week. Iceland are people people and I like that about them.

I suffer from anxiety and staff told a friend I didn't even know was ban to leave not only that which is part they Jon fair enough but then the two lady's stared uncomfortably at me and made me feel like I was begin judge for nothing... Not only that made a scene so all was staring at me I like Harwich manager phone number as I'm disgraced how I got treated that below customer service nvq award which all should have clearly not these people

Iceland are becoming more and more convenient and fairly priced over other chains such as farmfoods or CO-OP. Some of their offers that they post are excellent and will always be constantly cheaper than contending stores. Particularly this Iceland, they offer some brilliant products that are made by Iceland themselves such as their hash brown chips and all of these come at a very fair price. It isn't the cheapest in the world and the variety is less than some stores, but if you're looking for frozen produce, Go to Iceland!

Staff helpful during the shop and answering questions. Think the poor girl behind the till was a bit frazzled but it was getting late on a Sunday afternoom. Use by foods at reduced rates and good to see that they participate in "Too good to go" locally. A few of the freezers could use a bit of a defrost which will then increase economy. Would be nice to see stores using freezer gel-block which will again increase economy by the freezers not needing to work as hard but can also be used to raise stock higher making it more accessible.

Have also used their uber eats service. The markup price is pumped up to ridiculous prices which is a shame.

good selection of frozen foods and if u have bonus card discount ?great 4 a quick meal ? staff always friendly and helpful, just got chocolate orange terrys icecreams 2 try in store now !

Good selection, friendly staff, good competitive prices. The only down side is the speed that items are seasonally changed, but this is probably at a higher management policy. Parking limited so people park outside constricting a main road even when there is a nearby car park!
