Had a delivery last night half the order was missing tried calling the store phone just rings out. Customer service tried calling them on numbers they had for them, no success either, been asked if i will be in all day to possibly recieve my missing items. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Now i have to go to retrieve my items myself as they were needed for today! Very disappointed

Apparently it's within company policy to allow untrained and thoughtless staff to leave open Stanley blades laying around in the store for young children to pick up and play with or chew. Won't be shopping here again.

Always got a full shop, can find some good bargains. It's nice they have food from other brands like Greg's. Also nice selection of meat free including from the brand's too. However tills are very slow, staff often too busy chatting to clear queue. Often very long queues and no real hurry or staff to open another till. Till area is often very cluttered and can't access other tills if they were to open.

This is a medium-sized branch, located opposite Superdrug and Clinton's Cards on the High Street (nearer to Ongar Road/Ingrave Road end).

The store is bright, clean and well-stocked and has a great range of fresh and frozen foods as usual and you kind find some great bargains. I particularly like their 3 for £10 packets of cod fillets, and their bargain fresh poultry and meats.

I didn't see any self-service checkouts which would be quite useful as it does get busy in here.

Staff have always been polite and friendly.

Overall, it's a pleasant store to shop in.

Never have enough Tills open. Puts me off going in because of this. Need some Self-Service Tills for those that only buy a few items.

Good selection of Veggie food items. My favourite is the Spicy Nacho Bean Burgers 🍔.
