Use to used these quiet regularly but they have seriously gone down hill!!
Order a pizza meal 1. Both turned up burnt! Phone the shop and was told " are you sure?" Well I'm looking at a black pizza I'm pretty certain its burnt. Didn't even apologise now that is rude!! They did send new pizza but wanted the first ones back so they could inspect it. When the driver arrived with the pizza I asked if he was happy for me to check the pizza before he went and said "yeah that was fine." Check the pizza and one was still slightly burnt but we were so hungry we couldn't wait another 40 minutes for pizza! I then recieved a call from the shop after they inspected the pizzas and was told that I was rude to the driver, which I said I have cctv and 2 witnessed to prove I wasn't. He decided the pizza wasn't burnt at all!! But still passed on to his manager. I made the point how he didn't even apologise the first time and that these pizza were still burnt around the edge. he said at the end of call " as you keep having problems with the pizza I recommend avoid ordering pizzas from now on!". Now I've cooked sereval pizza at home and i can manage the basic of not burning the base or round the edge!!

Delivery time is a joke! Says 45 minutes and it normally takes 1hour and 30 to 2 hours!!

RUBBISH FOOD + RUBBISH SERVICE+ RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE + RUBBISH DELIVERY TIME SCALE = ZERO CUSTOM FROM ME!!

Must say the can of fanta was the best of the meal 🤣🤣

The boss did phone me and apologise for his staff behaviour and said that they were idiots and he has had a new turnover in staff. This does make me feel a little bit better

Absolutely awful. Waited an hour and a half for delivery!! And after ringing they brought it round in 2mins 😱 burnt pizza and soggy everything else!!!! Seemed like it had been sat on the side for the whole time. No apology either. Wouldn’t recommend. We will be going to Newbury for our next kebab and pizza.

Got a large donner kebab and a small chicken and donner kebab last night and it was awesome! Really good food and the service was great, very funny guy that served us.
Will definitely be going here in future.

Doner was awful, tiny bit of salad. Chicken kebab the same, chicken was burnt and dry, minimal salad. Wouldn't recommend at all.

We have previously had good experiences but things have gone down hill recently.
The pizza we ordered had a bbq sauce base instead of a tomato one it was far too sweet and this and the chips were both cold.

Honest review by walk in customer: my order = 1 doner kebab, 1 doner wrap, 1/4lb cheese burger & chips...1st impressions, shop dirty with layers of dust on freezer. Noodles & fag buts on floor. After waiting for service I had to call out. Doner meat is very dry like leather. Tomato missing from everything. Chips so hard & dry they could be used to hammer nails (no salt or vinager present). Cheese burger made me feel sick, bread was old & dry. Nobody was able to finish their meal (make sure you have a drink at hand if you wish to swallow). Left overs fed to the dogs...dogs not impressed. Worst takeaway ever, buy some margin. Would not recommend to an enemy. Eating my own boots would have been more tender & satisfying. £36 down the toilet (probably sooner rather than later lol). Do your internal digestive system a favour and eat anywhere else.

Ordered from here a few times, food has never been on time. Always tried to give them the benefit of the doubt due to being in Kintbury but when we order at 6:08 for 7:15…it shouldn’t not be turning up at 8:15. Especially now we have to eat cold food.
Never got an apology from delivery guy for being late, that’s the least they could’ve done. Other than the timings, food isn’t bad. Good prices too.
