The second time they’ve been unhelpful and rude in store. I went in to ask for a new record player, man claimed they only had ‘really expensive ones’, when I asked how much he responded at least £1k! I went online and saw they had the Sony model I wanted but he didn’t want to help, so I’ve bought from Curry’s! Your loss.

We have a static caravan with an integrated microwave. The microwave stopped worked and we could not find one to replace it. This company came to our rescue, they measured up, ordered and fitted the microwave promptly. The service was swift and excellent. Communication from the company was excellent. As a bed and breakfast I need reliable and prompt service. Hughes in Hunstanton are always first on my list when I consider buying a new product.
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable as well as happy and willing to help.
Recently had an issue with my Hotpoint Dishwasher. NO fault of Hughes however they could not do enough to help.
Amazed that there are so few reviews on this site as the store is ALWAYS busy and busy will generally relate to a successful business.
