First delivery lot of sleepers was perfect . He then put up them up £2 a sleeper for the second delivery of the same items a week later . It was then and still is £18 per sleeper on the website. came has a surprise when told over the phone I will be charged £20 per sleeper ,When they arrived there was also a sleeper short, which I was told about by the delivery guy, this had not been deducted from the price, I questioned this. They then removed the missing sleeper cost and tried again , I still questioned this has it was still £45 over the total price , after repeated questioning I still ended up paying£10 more than the total should have been. I received no receipt for my payment ? I registered my complaint with the delivery guy who said he would make it known back at the yard.. This is not a way to run a business if you want repeat customers and good word of mouth advertising

Dealt with Dean for the 3 times visited. The order was half delivered, but the driver wanted COD 210pounds of the original price expected for the purchases ordered. After the driver explained this is what he was told to deliver and there is no further delivery, I drove up to the yard to find out where is the rest of the delivery. Dean expressed that he was stressed and since this Coronavirus customers have been quite rude. I said to him that I am not being rude to him and he replied "not you duck". It transpired that Dean mistakenly quoted us a price, which has now almost double the price based on what his supplier has given. If this was the case, out of courtesy we should have been informed beforehand. It wasn't until later that he apologised and stated that he held his hands up due to the error made. This naturally has put us in a very awkward position as the gardener is due to attend tomorrow to complete the work, but with only half the pebbles required. I would shop there again as I can see that Dean appears over-worked, but I simply didn't appreciate being handled in a way to make the situation look like it was our fault when the order receipt clearly shows the goods expected and the price! Dean, I hope you manage to get some help to relief you a bit.
