DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Tried to scam me by inserting the wrong amount into the card machine and tapping my card. She then showed me an incorrect till receipt as "proof".

When I returned after checking the amount with my bank, she then tried to give me half the required amount back in cash.

Avoid at all costs. Go to the Chinese supermarket across the road.

Great place to cover all your asian-related fresh ingredients needs. They do not only have your classic selection of snacks and instant noodles, you can find very specific spices, sauces, products, and fresh produce and shellfish. The cherry on the top is the always welcoming and warm owner at the till.

Was 2nd time in the shop on 14.12.2021 just to buy a packet of fishballs with taro (see attached photo), love that stuff especially when extremely lightly fried. The staff are helpful who are from China, I believe. They do speak enough english to help with the business and as long as you are patient with them. I took pictures of the stuff I had bought previously and showed them .. wallah! they showed me exactly where each item .. how's that. Prices are not overly pricy given that they are only a mini chinese supermarket. Few buses stops opposite the shop on Seven Sisters Road, one way street.

Good range of goods. The shopkeeper is always friendly and smiley. Every time I visit she lights up my day, reminds me of my mama 🥺🥺🥺
Some old review here said the staff was rude, maybe their English isn't so great, but I truly believe they try their best to help customers. I had poor xperience at other Chinese store on Holloway road and have been coming here since!
